Parmesan Garlic Zucchini



2 zucchini
1 tbs olive oil
1/3 c parm cheese
1 tbs garlic salt

Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Cut off ends of zucchini, cut in half, then cut half length wise, and cut off the bottom so it can stay in the baking sheet. Place zucchini on sheet. Then with a cooking brush lightly spread the olive oil on the top of zucchini. Then sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. The add cheese on top.  Cook for 15 mins or until cheese is melted and lightly brown, and of course the zucchini is tender.

This side dish is really good with any Italian dish. This amazing dish is very tender, just enough garlic salt and the cheese just adds to the flavor. Really good instead of bread. A huge hit for my family!
