When cleaning your pumkin out for carving, make sure to keep the seeds for this yummy recipe! And yes you can eat the whole seed no need to get the little seeds out.
Clean the seeds with hot soapy water until gunk from the pumkin is cleaned off.
In medium sauce pot broil salt water and seeds for 10 minutes. This shows the seeds to be easier to digest and cleans them.
Then poor into a colander and pour on a towel and pat dry.
Place seeds on baking sheet sprinkle Olive oil on top and seasoned salt. Cook I’m oven @ 325 degrees for 10 mins then sit around to turn them around then cook for another 8-10. Enjoy!
